Your rental window includes decorating, your event, and cleanup time. Everything below is calculated automatically when you book — no surprises at the door.

The refundable security deposit is returned after the venue is inspected with no damage, overtime, missing equipment or excessive cleaning.
Insurance requirement
Event liability insurance is required for every rental. You have two options and you choose during booking:
- Buy through Blaze — $95.00. A one-day event policy is added to your invoice. Nothing else for you to do.
- Bring your own policy. Provide your carrier and policy number at booking, then email your certificate of insurance naming Blaze Entertainment & Event Center as additional insured at least 14 days before your event.
Payment schedule
A 50% deposit is due at booking and holds your date. The remaining balance and the refundable security deposit are due 14 days before your event.
