Privacy Policy

When you request a date or create a renter account we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event date and times, event type, expected guest count, insurance selection (and, if you bring your own policy, your carrier and policy number), and any notes you add. If you publish an event listing we also store the title, description, host name, entry type, ticket price and the RSVP or ticket link you provide.

• To hold, confirm and service your rental and to prepare your rental agreement.
• To contact you about your booking, balance, security deposit and event day logistics.
• To verify that required event liability insurance is in place.
• To display the event details you choose to publish on our public Events page.
• To keep records required for accounting and for resolving disputes or damages.

Nothing you enter during booking is public by default. An event only appears on the Events page after the renter turns on the "show on the public events page" switch, and only the listing fields (title, host name, description, date, time, entry type, price and link) are shown. Your contact details, insurance information and payment amounts are never published.

Card payments for the 50% deposit and balance are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on this website; we retain only the amount, date and status of each payment.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work (hosting, database, email and payment processing), with an insurance provider when you buy a policy through us, and where required by law or to protect our property and guests. Ticketing and RSVP links point to third-party sites operated by the event host — their privacy practices apply once you leave our site.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed to service the rental and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Event listings are removed from the public page after the event date and can be deleted by the host at any time.

You can review and update your booking and event information from your renter dashboard. To request a copy of your information, corrections, or deletion of your account, email events@blazedevelopment.com. We may need to keep records tied to a completed rental for legal and accounting reasons.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use advertising cookies.

This site is intended for adults booking a venue. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
